Andrea’s officially a toddler now and I’m still shocked at how quickly time has passed. How did we spend her special day?
When she woke up, Ruy and I sang ‘Happy Birthday Andrea’ so loudly. She loves this…imagine a song with her name on it? She kept on clapping and Ruy and I would start all over.
I then fed her, then walked with her all over the subdivision. Then I gave her a bath and dressed her up.

I was worried that she’d refuse to wear her skirt cause it’s so long and could possibly be itchy. But she had no problem at all!! We then headed to Manila to go to the Ocean Park.
When I see this picture I’m still awed at how independent Andrea has become. Here she is, walking and trying to get Ruy to go to another place as something interesting caught her eye.
Look at Ruy and Andrea getting surly because it was taking me so long to buy the tickets.
When we first entered the park, Andrea was a bit overwhelmed by all the sensory stimulation and the number of people. She was clinging to Ruy during the first part of the tour.
This was very quickly replaced by interest, wonder and awe.
More stories and pictures later. I have to go to work now!!
