Overwhelmed

I have been so busy lately with work and with the latest developments in my life that I have been neglecting a lot of the other aspects of my life, blog included. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my blog today to see that I already have a thousand views for this blog. WOW! Thanks to everyone who regularly visit this blog, please drop me a line so I can link you up. =)

My previous post entitled two whole hours was deleted. It’s actually a rant about my upcoming 2 hour meeting with my boss. Everyone knows that I love my boss, it’s no big secret, but this is the first time that I’ve ever been asked to go on a one-on-one meeting with him for 2 whole hours! Imagine that? I have partied with him for 4 hours straight but I’ve never met with him so I was a bit flabbergasted as to what it was going to be like.

That 2 hour meeting was over (surprisingly, I’ve had the shortest meeting so far. Only lasting an hour and 40 minutes) and I can now breathe a sigh of relief. I cannot reveal what happened during the performance appraisal as there are still confidential stuff which I cannot reveal yet. This is what I can say though, it went better than I expected.  I can’t wait to share what actually happened.

Ruy and I have finally paid for and ordered our wedding rings.  We’ll be getting the final product next week and I really can’t wait. We had to pay 3k more than what we were asked to pay before cause I had the diamonds in mine enlarged (yes, yes I’m a brat). We decided to get it from the jeweller in greenhills and not the one from Bulacan simply for the sake of convenience. Our civil wedding is coming up in less than 20 days and we don’t have time to go to Bulacan for that. Specially since there are still so many details to take care of.

We’re going to be having our marriage counselling via the City Hall this Tuesday and to be honest I think it’s a waste of time. We had to fill out a form which was exactly like the form we answeered in the Discovery Weekend. I’m sure it’s going to be practically the same, stupid me forgot to ask if the DW certificate would be valid instead of us attending. Oh well…small price to pay.

I told Patric Porto the big news yesterday, he said something so simple “Oh my God, it really is the end of an era”

It was so true…I felt like crying.

hi liv! buti p kyo, u have ur wedding rings n. wish it’s as easy looking for titanium rings! take care!

hi liv! wow, looks like your rings are gonna turn out really nice! i wanted to have stones in mine as well, but my dad took care of our rings and ordered replicas of theirs. but at least mine goes well with my tiny engagement ring hehehe. Oh and yes, in some cases DW covers the seminar aspect at city hall — sayang! hehehe :) But at least funny daw ang seminar, you and ruy can take it easy and just enjoy it since most of it would have been tackled in DW already.
